Quiet, clean, beautiful area. Been going for years. Will continue to do so.
We are locals and just took a quick camping trip to Walleye Park. I can’t say enough good things about this little gem! The park was super clean, as were the bathroom/shower facilities. Our spacious campsite had all of the essentials: pad, water, electric, picnic table, grill and firepit. We even had our own little boat dock. The Lake Patrol Officer (Teo) was super friendly. We can’t wait for next time. Thank you to the Franklin County Water District for doing such a great job!
Love the space the water had sand on the bottom and clean , the restrooms are pretty great .
Beautiful had a great time. Large sites all back ins but they are nice. This is a place for boating not much for a minute ease other than the view and a couple of volleyball courts but for camping it's very nice there is a fire pit at each site with picnic tables. Would definitely recommend.
Great campground, grew up camping here and now love taking my kids out here for the weekend. Always clean and well maintained. I do wish they had playgrounds though.
